The world isn’t flat so why are tortillas. This outdated approach has put the herculean burden of wrapping on humans, resulting in an abundance of unpleasant outcomes:

- Overstuffage
- Rippage
- Leakage
- Breakage
- Flappage

Why was there not a solution to the challenges created by flat tortillas and wraps? I traveled the country to better understand the history and current state of the tortilla, joined a food incubator in Austin, stopped asking questions and started developing a solution … which gave birth to STUFFME!
